Vietnam Trusted OEM (“VT OEM,” “we,” “us”) is a consulting and buyer enablement service that connects international buyers with certified beverage manufacturers in Vietnam. VT OEM is a consulting and buyer enablement partner, not a manufacturer. All production is carried out by our certified manufacturing partner.

Business information: Buyer type, role, target markets, volume estimates
RFQ data: Product preferences, packaging requirements, market compliance needs

Cookie data: Age verification status, cookie preferences, session data

We do NOT collect: Payment card details, government-issued IDs, tax identification numbers, health information, or any data beyond what is necessary for the RFQ and lead qualification process.

4. Data Sharing

We share your inquiry data with our certified manufacturing partner (Sai Gon Mien Trung Beer Joint Stock Company) only with your explicit consent, as indicated by the consent checkbox on our forms. This sharing is necessary to process your RFQ and obtain quotations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Active lead data: Duration of business relationship + 2 years
Cold/unresponsive leads: 12 months, then anonymized
Consent records: 7 years (legal compliance)
Commission audit trails: 7 years (contractual obligation)
