Feasibility & RFQ Review
We assess your requirements against the manufacturing partner's capabilities — including packaging format availability, production capacity, and market-specific compliance needs. If adjustments are needed, we'll suggest alternatives.
Quotation
You receive a comprehensive quote covering production costs, packaging, labeling, and logistics. All pricing is subject to factory confirmation and may vary based on volume, specifications, and market conditions.
Sample Development
Before full production begins, you approve product samples. This includes recipe development or matching, packaging mock-ups, and label proofs. Sampling fees and timelines are discussed during the quotation stage.
Production
Full-scale production runs in a facility certified under FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and ISO 9001 standards. Quality checks are integrated at every stage of the production process, from raw materials through to final packaging.
Shipment & Export
Products are packed in export-ready packaging with complete documentation for customs clearance in your target market. We coordinate logistics and provide documentation required for import compliance, including certificates of origin for FTA-eligible shipments.

How long does the entire process take?
Timelines vary based on product complexity, sampling requirements, and production schedules. Typical timelines range from several weeks for simple products to several months for custom formulations. Specific timelines will be provided during the quotation stage.
Do you handle labeling and compliance for my market?
We provide guidance on labeling requirements for major export markets and coordinate with the manufacturing partner on label production. Market-specific compliance (e.g., US TTB/COLA, EU allergen labeling) is addressed during the RFQ review stage.
Can I use my own recipe?
Yes. Options include bringing your own recipe, using a factory recipe, or co-developing a new formulation. Confidentiality agreements are available upon request.
What trade agreements apply?
Vietnam has active free trade agreements including EVFTA (EU), CPTPP (11 Pacific Rim nations), and UKVFTA (UK). Eligibility for preferential tariff rates depends on product classification and rules of origin. We can help determine if your product qualifies.
